Loryn: What have you've learned about yourself during the pandemic?
Yvette: I learned to stay close to God and always have faith. After losing my mother, husband, and cousin I just view life differently on a daily basis. Protect my peace and love those who love me.
Loryn: Who is a guest you'd love to feature on your podcast Life Her Podcast?
Yvette: I would love to feature Nicki Minaj & Mary J Blige on my podcast. We have many similarities that transpired in our personal lives.
Loryn: What advice would you give women who are trying to thrive through this pandemic?
Yvette: Push through life. Get counseling if needed. Take time out for yourself and work on yourself within. Start doing things that you love and don't apologize for doing you.
Loryn: If you could choose who your mentor was, who would you choose?
Yvette: I would love Oprah or Tyler Perry to mentor me.
Loryn: What is something people would be surprised to learn about you?
Yvette: I love staying to myself and I don't like to talk a lot.
